Fuel for Running
Food is fuel in the sport of Cross Country and the food you eat will dictate how you perform on the course. Stop eating the junk and eat the find of food that will prepare your body to endure long runs and do it faster.
All of these are basic foods in your diet to become a better athlete. Junk food will not give you great performance.
